Home-Grown 2019 Exhibition at Derby QUAD

A hugely successful year developing our creative education programme at Derby QUAD! And our work with five different schools (both mainstream and SEND), over 70 students, across various funded programmes culminated in this fantastic exhibition, showcasing extraordinary young talent the exists in Derby/Derbyshire. It has been a privilege to coordinate these programmes and work with so many young people, teachers and artists.

HOME-GROWN 2019 exhibition showcases up-and-coming talent from Derby’s young people, working in digital and traditional photography, collage, digital animations, stop motions, moving image and the creation of the #ThisIsDerby website by and for young people. Schools featuring in this exhibition are: St Martins

School and Horizons Sixth Form, St Clares School, Derby Moor Academy, Da Vinci Academy, The William Allitt School, plus work by members of the #ThisIsDerby Web Team.
